It’s as easy as 1,2,3, ….4. Start by filling out our quote form telling us which items you would like to be removed or stored. Really anything that we need to transport.

Once you’ve done that, we’ll receive the information and reach out to you to organise a video/in-person office survey. This is where we understand more about your timescale, the access to the building, the parking etc.

Once we fully understand the scope of the job, we’ll send over a formal quote alongside the insurance cover we will provide.

When agreed, we will appoint a move manager who will be in touch to learn how you are organising the move/packing processes and advise best practices.

Next, we will send out labels to you well in advance of the move for you to identify which items we need to move, store or destroy. We will also send out protective packing equipment and smaller crates for you to use as moving/storage crates.

The day prior to our arrival our move manager will give you a call to reconfirm timings, how many vehicles to expect and to reconfirm the instructions we have and the parking are still correct for the move day.

On the day, our punctual team (even with London traffic) will arrive and begin safely dismantling any furniture you have. They will carefully secure each moveable piece with protective materials and transport them to your storage/moving pod on the street directly.

The pod, fitted inside our custom vans, will be transported to storage or your new office. At your new office we will reassemble any furniture and move them according to your new layout.
